Who we are
PinPosts (https://pinposts.com) is a travel blog about the northern areas of Pakistan, run by Shaeel, an individual based in Pakistan.

What personal data we collect and why
Comments. If you leave a comment, we collect the name, email address and website you enter, plus your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. Comments are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Contact form and email. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address and message so we can reply. We don’t use this for marketing.
Media. If you upload images, avoid files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Anyone who visits the site can download images and read that data.

PinPosts uses cookies, small text files stored by your browser:
- Essential cookies: set by WordPress, for example to keep logged-in users signed in.
- Comment cookies: store your name, email and website for 1 year if you tick the box on the comment form.
- Consent cookies: remember your cookie choices.
- Analytics cookies: set by Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

PinPosts is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to show ads.

How long we keep data
- Comments: until you ask us to delete them.
- Contact emails: as long as needed to respond.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@pinposts.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to object to or restrict processing. We may keep data we are legally required to keep.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside Pakistan, including in the United States, by Google and our hosting provider.
Security
The site uses an SSL certificate (HTTPS) to encrypt traffic between your browser and our server. Access to site data is limited to the site owner.
Children
PinPosts is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Posts may link to other websites (hotels, transport operators, official pages). We aren’t responsible for their privacy practices.
